This privacy policy applies to the Blissful Beauty Planner app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by STEC SP Z O O (collectively, the “Application”). STEC SP Z O O is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data (such as your ephemeral IP address) is transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Location Information
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-Party Access
Since the Application does not collect any information, no data is shared with third parties.
Data Retention
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use. Accordingly, the Service Provider has no app-collected personal information to retain on its servers and no retention period applies to such data. Information voluntarily provided outside the Application, such as by email, may be retained only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data Deletion
Because the Application does not create a user account and the Service Provider does not collect or store personal information through normal use, there is no server-side app account or app-collected personal data for the Service Provider to delete. You may remove the Application and clear its local data using your device controls. If you voluntarily provided information outside the Application, you may request deletion at [email protected], subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.
Data Breach Notification
If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided outside normal app use, the Service Provider will provide notification as required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing the updated policy with an effective date. Where required by law, consent will be sought before material changes take effect.
